Haha, yes...while all of my HP besties are having the time of their lives at Azkatraz, I'll be going to a couple Jonas concerts to ease the pain. I was only supposed to go to one, but this morning I was looking on eBay at tickets for the other concert and I found some for a reasonable price.
So I bought them! I'm in such debt with my mom though. I need a job. =/
So anyways, I'll be at the Winnipeg, Manitoba concert on July 5th with 7th row seats and at the Minneapolis concert on July 8th with 8th row seats. Seriously, don't even ask how I got those seats...I'm so lucky.
So yeah! Prom is in less than a month. Is it weird that I'm totally not excited? Everyone else in my grade is all excited but all I can think about is how much money I'm spending and how stupid it's gonna be. I dunno...I can be such a pessimist sometimes. *sigh* At least my date's paying for a lot of it. He offered to pay for the limo and dinner, which will be the most expensive things of the night. I'm buying the tickets and pictures. =)
I think that's all for now because my life is boring. How long 'til graduation?

I couldn't even begin to tell you all the things that have happened in my life lately. It's been one crazy ride this year. Maybe in my next post, I'll try to update you guys on everything if you're interested.

So, yes. Thanksgiving was quite good. I just got done eating a leftover turkey sandwich. =) Delish.
As of late, I've been having a lot of boy problems. This guy named Ross started like hitting on me and saying he liked me a lot. He visited me at work and I was having a really bad day so he like hugged me and it was amazing. <33 But the other night, I went on his Facebook and he had asked another girl on a date (she said no). So I messaged him and I was like "If you're not interested in me, go ahead and go for the other girls. But don't expect me to be the girl on the side." And he called me like eight times that night, but I didn't answer. So, today, I finally called him back and I was like "Y'know, I really don't care if you wanna be with other girls, but don't expect me to be here later." And he was like "I'm so sorry. That girl is like crazy and I was just trying to get her off of my back." I know, pretty ridic. But I'm giving him a second chance. =/ We have a date next Friday, I believe.
In other news, I got two of my closest friends together!!! Her name is Ashley and his is James and Ashley has liked James for like EVER so the other day I texted him and told him. And he was like "Really? I like her too!" Hahaha. Long story short, they have a date next Friday too. You can call me the matchmaker, please. =)
I have to work today. Bum-tastic.

Oh yeah!! There's this life-style magazine written in Grand Forks and they're hiring teen writers!! I'm so pumped. I have to write an essay saying why I want to be a writer and what subjects are my favorite. *squee* I hope I get it! AND I'd get paid for being published! Like, wow!!! Hahaha. I loveeeeeeee it.

And then (apparently I was feeling honest yesterday), I asked one of my guy friends to tell the other guy I was crushin' on that I had a crush on him. He told me that he likes me "just as friends." WTF?!?! Am I seriously that repulsive? Like, do guys shudder when they look at me? The few boyfriends that I've ever had were really horrible and I just want a guy that will treat me well. But, apparently, guys don't want relationships. They just want to sit at home and play video games.

I met this seemingly perfect boy at NHS State Convention. At the time, I didn't really think much of him but after I'd added him on Facebook, exchanged wall posts, and texted non-stop, I like him. A lot.
But, of course, he has to live three hours away. Fuck my life. For serious.
And...the boy in my class that actually doesn't live a kajillion miles away hasn't shown interest in me since Homecoming, where he sang "Fall For You" to me while we danced. Ugh. Guys = such teases.

School's only been going on for roughly three weeks and already I'm swamped with homework and activities.
History: My first history test went great...65/65. But then I just got my second one back and I got like a 67/81. Yikes! Guess I should have got the notes that I missed when I was sick.
Chemistry: My first Chem test went better than I thought I did. I got an 85, which is way better than the 70 I predicted.
English: English is going wonderfully. That's the one class that always clicks with me.
Senior Math: Ughhh. You see, I feel like I 'get' everything while doing the homework and then I get to the quizzes and I just blank out. It pisses me off enormously.
Spanish II: I'm not even gonna talk about that. Okay, yes I am. I HATE MY TEACHER, OMFG!!!!! I've managed to get B's on the first two tests while doing my own notes and getting no help from the teacher because she is an effing BITCH! -sigh- Sorry. xD
Choir: I love it. One of my favorite classes. I'm working on a solo right now that I plan to perform at state music, which should be pretty fun!
Besides that, NHS began and I've decided to run for Class B State representative at the state convention. -isveryscaredandwillprobablyfaint whilegivingherspeech- So yup, that's taking up a lot of time. We have to make a video and incorporate our tag line, which is "Vote For Katie. She's the Total Package!" lol. We're gonna put me in a box wrapped in wrapping paper and my friends are gonna be like "I want someone responsible for Christmas. But someone fun too! And definitely someone who works hard!" and then I'm gonna pop up when they open it and they're gonna be like "YES!! I got Katie!! She's the total package!!" Bahahaha. Oh dear.
FCCLA started as well and I'm running for Vice President in that. SADD also started, but I'm not running for anything in that, thank the Lord. I'm gonna need some free time, right?
I don't think there's much else involved with school. I'm having a great time with my friends now. God seriously blessed me. I've got amazing irl friends and amazing internet friends. I can talk to any of them about absolutely anything and it makes me so very happy. So THANK YOU!!
It's also homecoming week this week. We had Punk Rock Day today, so that was pretty fun. The game's on Friday and it's going to be pretty sweet. I'm wearing the jersey of a guy in my Senior Math class. He's a nerd like me and it's pretty much awesome. xD
